? Shift: US Night Shift – 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST

? Job Type: Full-Time

? Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

- Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers in the USA using the company dialer.
- Identify and qualify potential customers.
- Explain the campaign/process and handle customer queries.
- Handle objections professionally using approved scripts and guidelines.
- Transfer qualified leads/calls to the concerned team.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead records.
- Candidate Requirements12th Pass or Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good spoken English and communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with US customers.
- Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection.




- Target-oriented and motivated to earn performance incentives.
- Comfortable working in the US night shift.
- BPO, Telecalling, Telesales, International Calling or Lead Generation experience is an advantage.
