Job RoleWe are looking for a Business Development Executive who is confident in communication, good at building relationships, and motivated by sales targets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle student leads through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Understand students' educational requirements and career goals.
- Counsel students and recommend suitable courses/programs.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status in CRM.
- Achieve assigned admission and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and admissions.




- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth admission processing.
- Build positive relationships with students throughout the admission journey.
- RequirementsFreshers are welcome to apply.
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Robust follow-up and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working with sales targets.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Prior experience in Sales, Telecalling, Counselling or EdTech will be an advantage.

Salary & Incentives₹16,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

For experienced candidates, salary can be discussed based on experience and performance.
