Eligibility Criteria

- Education: PUC / Graduate candidates can apply.
- Gender: Male and Female candidates are eligible.
- Language Requirements: Depending on the process, candidates should have:
- Average English + Malayalam
- Excellent English + Hindi
- Average English + Hindi
- Average English + Kannada + Hindi
- Average English + Kannada + Any South Indian Language

Work Schedule

- Working Days: 6 days a week for applicable processes, with 1 rotational week-off.
- Shift: Rotational day shifts.
- Female Candidates:



Any 9 hours of work between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
- Male Candidates: Any 9 hours of work between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM..

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls, chats.
- Provide accurate information about services.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines.
- Update customer details and maintain accurate records.

Candidates should be comfortable with rotational shifts and travelling to the office independently.
