Field role covering Tirupati and nearby markets, generating demand for a leading national lube brand, in the independent automotive aftermarket- garages & mechanics. Your day is spent at garages— meeting mechanics, getting them onto the brands' mechanic coupon scanning application, and keeping them engaged so they keep choosing and using our clients' brand.

What you will do

- Overall, help the sale of the brand in your market through mechanic demand
- Visit assigned workshops and mechanics daily as per your beat plan
- Enrol recent mechanics into the programme and complete their registration
- Explain the programme, reward structure and current offers to every mechanic you meet
- Help mechanics scan their coupons correctly and resolve issues with points and rewards
- Re-engage mechanics who have gone inactive and bring them back onto the programme
- Grow the volume each mechanic uses in a month through regular follow-up and help them choose better products for their customers.
- Run small-format mechanic meets (shop-front) and workshop-level activities as per the monthly calendar




- Record every visit and scan on the company mobile app the same day while still in front of that mechanic
- Report mechanic complaints or programme issues to your Team Leader immediately

Who we are looking for

- 1–3 years in field sales, market development or channel/mechanic engagement
- Experience in lubricants, automotive aftermarket, auto components or spare parts preferred
- Telugu fluency essential; working English needed for app and reporting & responding to queries on WhatsApp
- Own two-wheeler with valid driving licence — mandatory
- Comfortable with full-day field travel and app-based reporting
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
