About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executive to join our Real Estate team in Karve Nagar, Pune. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, understanding their property requirements, generating interest, and scheduling site visits for the sales team.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads.
- Explain property projects, locations, pricing, amenities, and offers to customers.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferred location.
- Generate and qualify leads through effective telecalling.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers.
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits with customers and Sales Executives.
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up details in the CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead generation, and site-visit targets.
- Maintain professional communication and build good relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for smooth lead conversion.




- Provide regular updates on lead status and follow-ups to the reporting manager.
- Candidate RequirementsExperience: 0–2 years in Telecalling, Telesales, Real Estate, or Customer Handling.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply.
- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Ability to handle customer queries and follow-ups professionally.
- Candidates with prior Real Estate Telecalling/Telesales experience will be preferred.
- Languages: Marathi, Hindi, and English preferred.
