Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our Sales & Business Development team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, explaining loan products, generating leads, and converting potential customers into successful loan applications.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Explain Used Car Loans, Car Loans, and Vehicle Loans to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable loan guidance.
- Follow up with interested customers and leads regularly.
- Convert leads into loan applications and achieve sales targets.
- Handle customer queries related to loan products and processes.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads,



and customer follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth loan processing.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Candidate RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and telesales.
- Target-oriented and confident while speaking with customers.
- Experience in Telesales, Loan Sales, Banking, Financial Services, or BPO/BPM will be preferred.
- Knowledge of Used Car Loans, Car Loans, Vehicle Loans, or Loan Advisory will be an advantage.
