Lead Generation Executive

Salary: ₹10,000–₹14,000 Fixed + Up to ₹6,000 Incentives

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Lead Generation Executive to generate B2B leads and expand our network of dealers, distributors, resellers and bulk buyers across India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Find and research potential B2B customers.
- Make outbound calls and generate qualified leads.
- Follow up with prospects and understand their requirements.
- Maintain lead/customer data in Excel/CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads.
- Achieve monthly lead-generation targets.

Requirements:

- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with calling and follow-ups.
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
- Target-oriented and proactive attitude.
- Freshers are welcome.

Compensation: ₹10K–₹14K Fixed + Up to ₹6K Performance Incentives.
