1. Project Planning & Execution – Plan and manage rooftop solar EPC projects from site survey to final commissioning.
2. Site Operations Management – Monitor daily site activities, installation progress, and ensure work is completed as per the project schedule.
3. Team Management – Manage technicians, installers, site engineers, and subcontractors and allocate work based on project requirements.
4. Quality Control – Ensure installation work follows company standards, safety procedures, and applicable solar industry standards.
5. Material Management – Coordinate the availability, movement, and proper utilization of modules, inverters, structures, cables, and other materials.
6. Customer Coordination – Communicate with customers regarding project progress, site requirements, approvals, and commissioning activities.

Vendor & Contractor Management – Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely manpower, materials, and quality execution.
8. Project Cost Control – Monitor project expenses, manpower costs, transportation, and other operational costs to maintain project profitability.
9. Safety & Compliance – Ensure all teams follow electrical, work-at-height, PPE, and other required safety practices at rooftop sites.
10. Commissioning & Handover – Coordinate testing, system commissioning, documentation, and final handover of completed rooftop solar projects to customers.
