We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Java Trainer to train students in Core Java and advanced Java concepts and help them build robust programming and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct practical and interactive Java training sessions.
- Teach Core Java, OOPs, Exception Handling, Collections, Multithreading, JDBC, SQL and related concepts.
- Create coding exercises, assignments, and assessments.
- Guide students in projects and real-world programming practices.
- Identify students' learning gaps and provide individual guidance.
- Keep training content updated with industry requirements.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Core Java and OOPs.
- Good understanding of SQL/Database concepts.
- Knowledge of JDBC, Spring/Spring Boot will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Ability to explain programming concepts in a simple, practical way.

Eligibility:

- B.Tech / B.E. / MCA / M.Sc. (CS/IT) or relevant qualification.
- Candidates with strong practical Java knowledge and teaching experience are preferred.
