Experience: 2–3 Years

Location: SAM Global University, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

? Required Skills & Knowledge:

- Good knowledge of Computer System Formatting & Troubleshooting

- Installation and configuration of Windows & Computer Software

- Knowledge of CCTV Camera Installation, Configuration & Troubleshooting

- Valuable knowledge of ERP Systems

- Experience in Biometric Attendance Machines

- Knowledge of Networking, LAN/Wi-Fi & Basic IT Infrastructure

- Hardware and software troubleshooting

- Ability to provide technical support to staff and departments

? Eligibility:





- Graduate/Diploma in Computer Science / IT / Computer Applications or relevant field

- 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred

- Good communication and problem-solving skills
