RETAIL & OPERATIONS MANAGER

We are looking for a responsible, customer-focused and proactive Retail & Operations Manager to manage our store and online order operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage day-to-day store operations and sales

- Attend to customers and deliver a warm brand experience

- Manage website, WhatsApp and online orders

- Coordinate picking, packing and dispatch

- Maintain inventory, billing and stock records

- Handle customer queries, returns and exchanges

- Coordinate with store/packing team

- Prepare daily sales and operations reports

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- 2–5 years of retail experience preferred

- Good communication skills in Hindi & English

- Computer savvy; Excel/Google Sheets knowledge

- Experience with online order management preferred

- Positive organisational and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and manage a small team
