About the RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven candidates to join our Sales & Client Relationship Management team. The selected candidates will be responsible for acquiring new clients, promoting financial products, managing customer relationships, and achieving assigned business targets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and connect with potential customers.
- Open and manage Demat accounts.
- Promote Insurance and Mutual Fund products.
- Understand customer financial requirements and suggest suitable products.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Identify current business opportunities.
- EligibilityGraduate candidates preferred.




- Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in sales can apply.
- Candidates with experience in Sales, Telesales, BFSI, Insurance, Financial Services, or Customer Relationship Management will be preferred.
- Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Sales and target-oriented mindset.
- Client handling and relationship management skills.
- Interest in stock market and financial products.
- Ability to convince and engage customers.

CompensationFixed Salary: ₹10,000 per month

Performance Incentives: Up to ₹5,000 per month

Total Earning Potential: Up to ₹15,000 per month
