- Assist customers in selecting suitable mobile phones and accessories.
- Explain product features, specifications, offers, and pricing.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent in-store service.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is well organized.
- Support the team in achieving sales and customer service goals.
- Stay updated on new products, brands, and ongoing offers.
