Telecaller & WhatsApp Chat Support – Customer Outreach

MKF Trust is looking for enthusiastic and responsible team members to join our office team.

Responsibilities:

- Make outgoing calls and communicate professionally with people.
- Handle incoming and outgoing WhatsApp messages and chats.
- Respond to enquiries through calls and WhatsApp.
- Explain MKF Trust activities, programs and initiatives clearly.
- Follow up with interested people through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain proper call, chat and follow-up records.
- Achieve daily calling, WhatsApp and follow-up targets.
- Coordinate with the manager and team members.
- Maintain skilled and respectful communication.

Requirements:

- Minimum 12th pass.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills.
- Telugu and Hindi preferred.
- Basic English required.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and computer/smartphone applications.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working from the MKF Trust office.

Salary: ₹15,000 fixed + performance-based incentives.

Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM.

Location: Kompally Hyderabad.

No joining fee or deposit is required.
