Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Fashion Merchandiser to manage product planning, assortment, inventory, sales analysis, and coordination with internal teams and vendors. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of fashion/ethnic wear, market trends, product performance, and merchandising operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan product assortment based on sales, trends, and customer demand.
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, and replenishment.
- Analyse sales and identify best- and slow-moving products.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, stores, and internal teams.
- Handle product costing, pricing, and margin analysis.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Prepare MIS and merchandising reports.

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of experience in fashion, ethnic wear, apparel, or retail merchandising.
- Strong knowledge of Excel, inventory, sales analysis, and product planning.
- Positive communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
