ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass qualification.

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Previous field sales experience will be preferred.

Technology Requirements: Candidate must have an Android smartphone with 4G connectivity.

Mandatory Documents: PAN Card & Aadhaar Card are mandatory.

KYC Verification: Candidate KYC must be completed and verified by HR/Agency.

IIBF Certification: Candidates can join without IIBF certification at the time of onboarding. After onboarding, the

candidate will be given 90 days to complete and clear the IIBF Certification Exam. If the candidate fails to clear

the exam within 90 days, the FOS ID may be deactivated as per process requirements.

Authentication Device: Face Authentication will be used for KYC verification wherever applicable. If Face

Authentication is not available or does not work, an approved biometric device will be mandatory for completing

the KYC process. The device will be purchased by the FOS as per the approved Kotak Bank/vendor

specifications.

LOGIN & PAYOUT CONDITIONS

Daily fixed payout will be applicable only when the candidate logs in from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and achieves the

assigned daily target.

If assigned leads are not completed within the TAT given by the Reporting Manager, the applicable daily payout

may not be considered.

Only DVU-approved cases will be considered for payout.

All activities and cases must comply with Kotak Bank process guidelines.

will receive an additional incentive of ₹100 per lead.

If an FOS opens an account with a value of ₹50,000 or above, they will receive

an additional incentive of ₹200 per lead.

Significant Notes on Payout:

If the applicable monthly target is not achieved, payout will be calculated at ₹400 per eligible lead, subject to process terms and

approval.

A minimum of 85% Debit Card (DC) issuance is mandatory; if the 85% DC issuance threshold is not met, ₹100 will be deducted

per non-DC issued case from the total payout.
