Process: International Voice Process
1. Customer Service International Voice Process
Experience: Minimum 6 months of BPO experience in international
voice or chat process.
Salary: Up to 4 LPA
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and provide professional assistance.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns effectively within the defined timelines.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
2. CPT Process – International Voice Process
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in AIML & KYC – Voice
Process
Banking Experience: Mandatory
Salary: Up to 3.7 LPA
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions related to banking and financial services.
- Verify and validate customer information in accordance with KYC requirements.
- Handle AIML and KYC-related customer queries through voice support.
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills.
- Valuable interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Candidates must be willing to work from the Manikonda, Hyderabad location.
- For the CPT process, minimum 1 year of relevant AIML & KYC voice-process experience with banking experience is mandatory.
