Endpoint Management Deployment & Provisioning Security & Compliance Troubleshooting & Support Integration & Automation Collaboration & Governance Robust hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Experience with Azure AD (Entra ID) and Microsoft 365 Expertise in managing Windows, mac OS, i OS, and Android devices Knowledge of MDM, MAM, compliance policies, and security Familiarity with Windows Autopilot and device Hands-on experience with Power Shell scripting Understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN) Experience with SCCM / MECM and co-management Knowledge of application packaging and deployment (Win32, LOB apps) Exposure to security tools such as Microsoft Defender
