We are looking for an experienced Finacle Techno-Functional Consultant with strong functional expertise in Finacle Retail Loans and hands-on experience in Finacle scripting.

Key Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain Finacle scripts based on business and functional requirements. Demonstrate strong functional knowledge of the Finacle Retail Loans module. Understand business requirements and translate them into solution/functional documents. Work closely with business teams, technical teams, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC. Manage stakeholder communication, requirement clarification, solution design, development, testing, and implementation activities.



Troubleshoot and resolve Finacle-related functional and technical issues. Contribute to Finacle 11.x implementation, customization, and enhancement activities. Required Skills :
7+ years of experience in a banking technology environment. Strong hands-on experience in Finacle Scripting. Mandatory: In-depth functional knowledge of Finacle Retail Loans module. Good technical knowledge of Finacle 11.x. Robust understanding of Banking / Core Banking processes. Experience in requirement analysis and solution documentation. Good understanding of SDLC and ability to handle end-to-end delivery. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Working knowledge of Oracle / SQL.
