We are hiring an L2.5 Application Support Engineer to provide application and operational support for business applications. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, experience in incident management, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities -
Provide Level 2 & Level 3 support for business-critical applications. Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot application issues and alarms. Handle incidents, service requests, and changes through Service Now (SNOW). Diagnose BSM alarms, call and mail in Incident/Request management tool by following SOP's. Support users via email and phone, ensuring timely resolution. Perform basic SQL queries for analysis and issue investigation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and follow escalation procedures when required. Maintain operational SOPs and ensure SLA adherence. Required Skills -
