Optical Networking AI Infrastructure Data Center Infrastructure Advanced Cooling Power Infrastructure Intelligent Rack Solutions We are now looking for an ambitious B2 B Sales Executive to join our early team and help build our customer base from the ground up.
The Opportunity
This is not a lead-follow-up or account-management role.
You will be expected to create business from scratch — identify target accounts, open conversations, meet prospective customers, build relationships, uncover requirements and take opportunities through to commercial closure.
You will work directly with the Founder,



have significant ownership over your territory and contribute directly to the growth of One Carat Technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop recent enterprise customers and business opportunities Build pipeline through prospecting, outbound outreach, field visits, networking and relationship building Identify and connect with decision-makers across IT, infrastructure, networking, procurement and business teams Conduct regular customer visits and face-to-face meetings Understand customer requirements and identify relevant One Carat solutions Work closely with technical and OEM teams to develop solutions Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closure Conduct customer presentations and commercial discussions Generate qualified opportunities, RFQs and revenue Build relationships with system integrators, consultants, channel partners and technology partners Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate
