Senior AI Engineer / AI Developer – AI Security & Agent Infrastructure

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer / AI Developer to build and support secure, scalable AI infrastructure and production-ready AI agent systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and build secure AI infrastructure for production AI agents.
- Develop Agent Control Plane capabilities to manage, monitor, and secure agent execution.
- Implement embedded controls, security mechanisms, and policy enforcement within AI agents.
- Build reusable backend services, APIs, microservices, and developer tooling .
- Integrate contemporary AI Agent SDKs and Model Context Protocol (MCP) .
- Develop backend services using Python and AWS .
- Build AI observability capabilities including telemetry, monitoring, tracing, and operational visibility .
- Develop developer-facing tools and CLI applications .
- Work closely with AI researchers and backend engineers to move prototypes into production.




- Drive technical initiatives from architecture through deployment and establish reusable engineering patterns.

Required Skills

- Strong professional software engineering experience with a senior-level backend engineering background .
- Excellent Python development skills.
- Strong experience with backend services and microservice architectures .
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services .
- Experience designing APIs and distributed systems .
- Hands-on experience building AI applications, AI agents, or agentic workflows .
- Experience with AI Agent SDKs .
- Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) .
- Experience building developer tools, APIs, or CLI applications.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and production engineering .
- Ability to independently take projects from concept through production.

Preferred / Positive to Have

- Experience building Agent Control Planes .
- AI security or infrastructure engineering experience.
- Experience implementing AI guardrails, governance, runtime security, or policy enforcement .
- Experience building AI observability platforms.
- Experience working with LLMs in production .
- Experience with Kubernetes and containerized services .
- Experience integrating AI systems with cloud infrastructure.
- Experience building secure AI systems.
