Job: IAM and PingIdentity Instructor

Location: Remote-Global | Engagement: Part-Time / Contract

EduServ IT is a Cybersecurity and Identity & Access Management (IAM) training provider focused on building industry-ready skills through practical, hands-on learning.

The Role

We are looking for experienced IAM professionals and Ping Identity practitioners who are interested in working with us as part-time instructors.

This is an ideal prospect for professionals who currently work with Ping Identity products and would like to share their industry experience, mentor learners, and deliver practical technical training alongside their existing professional commitments.

You will deliver engaging, hands-on sessions to learners ranging from IAM beginners to experienced IT and cybersecurity professionals.

Topics you will teach:

- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Ping Identity solutions
- Cybersecurity concepts related to IAM

Training assignments will be based on your areas of expertise and Ping product experience.

What you will do:

- Deliver live, instructor-led technical training sessions
- Explain complex IAM and Ping concepts in a clear, practical manner
- Conduct hands-on labs, demonstrations, and technical exercises
- Share real-world implementation experience and best practices
- Answer learner questions and provide technical guidance
- Provide feedback on learner progress
- Contribute to improving course content, labs,



and exercises
- Work with the EduServ team to continuously enhance the learning experience

What we are looking for:

Required

- Professional experience working with Ping Identity products
- Strong practical knowledge of IAM and identity technologies
- Ping Identity product certification(s) relevant to your area of expertise
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to different levels of learners
- Willingness to teach on a part-time / contract basis
- Ability to conduct training remotely and work across different time zones
- Prior experience delivering technical training or mentoring
- Experience implementing or supporting Ping Identity solutions in enterprise environments
- Experience with virtual classroom platforms
