Job Summary:
Looking for a dynamic Centre Manager to drive sales, operations, and customer experience for our service centre. Responsible for achieving business targets, ensuring profitability, and managing end-to-end centre operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets (glass & ancillary products)
- Ensure centre profitability & cost control
- Manage customer experience & resolve complaints
- Handle team operations & staff development
- Ensure SOP compliance & audit standards
- Drive local marketing & business tie-ups (insurance/corporate)
- Track MIS, collections & reporting
Skills Required:
- Strong team handling & leadership
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- CRM/MS Excel knowledge
- Operations & sales management
Qualification:
Graduate (MBA preferred)
