? Key Responsibilities

* Handle day-to-day operations on Unicommerce.

* Manage orders, inventory and SKU mapping.

* Process and monitor marketplace orders.

* Manage order allocation, fulfilment and cancellations.

* Coordinate with warehouse and marketplace teams.

* Monitor stock availability and inventory accuracy.

* Handle returns, RTO and exchange processes.

* Generate and maintain operational reports.

* Resolve order and inventory-related issues.

* Coordinate with marketplaces and internal teams for smooth operations.

* Ensure timely processing of orders and dispatches.

? Required Skills

✔️ Strong practical knowledge of Unicommerce

✔️ E-commerce / Marketplace operations experience

✔️ Good knowledge of SKU & inventory management

✔️ Experience with marketplaces such as Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto etc. will be an advantage

✔️ Good Excel knowledge

✔️ Solid coordination and problem-solving skills

✔️ Attention to detail
