? Hiring: Telecaller – Real EstateCompany: Nandi Realty – Developers & Promoters

We are looking for confident, energetic, and target-oriented Telecallers to join our real estate sales team.

- ? Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers from company-provided leads.
- Explain our real estate projects, locations, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
- Understand customer requirements and identify genuine prospects.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule customer site visits.
- Convert qualified leads into site visits and support the sales team in closing deals.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Achieve assigned calling and lead-conversion targets.
- ? Candidate RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
- Kannada & English communication is preferred.
- Hindi/Telugu will be an added advantage.




- Basic knowledge of smartphones and computers.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Previous telecalling, sales, or real estate experience is an advantage.

? Salary & Incentives₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month
