Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and people-oriented Junior HR Manager to support the HR department in managing employee relations, attendance, recruitment, documentation, training, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle daily HR operations and employee queries.
- Manage attendance, leave, permissions, and shift records.
- Assist in recruitment, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee files, HR records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with HODs regarding staffing and employee concerns.
- Prepare HR letters such as warning letters, memos, appointment letters, and other official communications.
- Support employee engagement activities and staff meetings.
- Coordinate employee training and maintain training records.
- Ensure employees follow hospital policies, SOPs, and HR procedures.




- Handle disciplinary matters in coordination with senior management.
- Assist with payroll inputs, salary-related documentation, and statutory records.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with departments regarding HR requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
- Support implementation of HR policies and NABH-related HR documentation.

Skills Required:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to handle employee issues professionally.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of basic HR policies and labour regulations.
- Ability to work in a hospital/healthcare setting.

Qualification:

PGDM in HR, MSW-HR, BBA/B.Com/BA with relevant HR experience.

Preferred:

Experience in hospital/healthcare HR will be an advantage.
