Role OverviewWe are looking for a Recruitment Executive who will be responsible for identifying suitable candidates, connecting with them, understanding their experience and career requirements, and managing them through the recruitment process until successful placement.

The role is primarily candidate-focused and requires someone who is comfortable working extensively with job portals, making outbound calls, screening candidates and maintaining regular follow-ups.

- Key ResponsibilitiesCandidate SourcingSearch and identify potential candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and other relevant recruitment platforms.
- Review candidate profiles and resumes against the requirements of available positions.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable candidates for current and upcoming vacancies.
- Use appropriate keywords, filters and search techniques to identify relevant profiles efficiently.
- Candidate Calling & ScreeningContact shortlisted candidates and introduce them to relevant job opportunities.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening to understand the candidate’s experience, skills, current employment, salary, expected salary, notice period and interest in the position.
- Assess whether candidates meet the basic requirements of the role before progressing their application.
- Explain job descriptions, company information, interview processes and expectations clearly to candidates.
- Interview CoordinationShortlist suitable candidates and schedule them for interviews.
- Coordinate between candidates and the recruitment team/hiring company regarding interview dates and timings.




- Confirm candidate attendance before scheduled interviews.
- Follow up with candidates immediately after interviews and collect feedback.
- Ensure candidates remain engaged throughout the recruitment process.
- Recruitment & Placement ProcessManage candidates through the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to selection and joining.
- Assist selected candidates with documentation and other pre-joining requirements.
- Follow up on offers and help resolve reasonable candidate queries regarding the chance.
- Maintain regular contact with selected candidates until their joining date.
- Track offer acceptance, joining status, dropouts and other recruitment outcomes.
- Database & ReportingMaintain accurate records of candidates contacted, screened, shortlisted, interviewed, selected and joined.
- Update candidate information and recruitment status regularly.
- Maintain a structured candidate database for future requirements.
- Submit daily and weekly recruitment activity reports as required.

Key Performance IndicatorsPerformance will primarily be measured on:

- Number of relevant candidate profiles sourced
- Number of candidate calls completed
- Number of qualified candidates screened
- Number of interviews scheduled
- Interview attendance ratio




- Number of candidates selected
- Number of successful candidate joinings
- Candidate follow-up and conversion rate
- Accuracy and quality of recruitment records
- Candidate RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.
- Previous recruitment experience is preferred, although candidates with strong communication skills and an interest in recruitment may also be considered.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn and Indeed is an advantage.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of candidate calls every day.
- Ability to understand job requirements and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.

Skills We Are Looking ForThe ideal candidate should be proactive, organised and persistent. Recruitment requires consistent follow-up, so the individual should be comfortable speaking with different types of candidates, handling rejections and dropouts, and continuing to build the candidate pipeline.

The Recruitment Executive should ultimately take ownership of the candidate journey:

Search → Contact → Screen → Shortlist → Schedule Interview → Follow Up → Selection → Offer → Joining

The objective of the role is not simply to generate candidate profiles or schedule interviews. The Recruitment Executive is expected to actively work towards converting suitable candidates into successful placements.
