About the Role

PRB Infotech Sales & Service Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our IT infrastructure and technology services business.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying current business opportunities, generating leads, visiting clients, understanding their IT requirements, preparing proposals/quotations in coordination with the technical team, and converting leads into successful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through field sales, cold calling, networking, references and online research.
- Visit corporate offices, SMEs, educational institutions, hospitals, government organizations and other potential customers.
- Identify customer requirements related to:
- IT Infrastructure
- Networking & Structured Cabling
- Servers & Storage
- Desktop/Laptop & IT Hardware
- CCTV & Security Solutions
- AMC & IT Support Services
- Server/Network Maintenance
- Software & IT Solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups to generate business.
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand customer requirements and prepare suitable solutions.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals and commercial offers.
- Follow up on quotations and negotiate with customers to close orders.
- Maintain proper records of leads, opportunities, quotations and customer follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify new market segments and business opportunities.
- Attend client meetings, product discussions and business presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing,



delivery and service requirements.
- Ensure timely follow-up for payments from customers wherever required.
- Maintain professional communication with customers through phone, email and WhatsApp.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to make client visits independently.
- Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation.
- Basic understanding of IT hardware and networking products.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and email communication.
- Ability to prepare quotations and maintain sales reports.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in IT hardware sales, networking, system integration, AMC, CCTV, server/storage or IT services sales will be preferred.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in IT sales may also be considered.

Qualification

Minimum: Graduate / Diploma

Preferred: BBA / B.Com / BCA / MBA (Sales & Marketing) or equivalent.

Compensation

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹80000 per month + Incentives

Salary will be based on experience, skills and performance.
