We are seeking a agile and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to assist walk-in customers, showcase products, and drive sales within the showroom. The ideal candidate will ensure an excellent customer experience while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage
- Achieve daily/monthly sales targets
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, display, and visual merchandising standards
- Handle billing, invoicing, and basic cash transactions
- Follow up with customers for feedback and repeat business
- Manage stock availability and coordinate with inventory team
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions
