Job SummaryWe are looking for a Collection Caller to manage overdue accounts, follow up with customers for pending payments, and ensure timely recovery while maintaining professional customer relationships.

- Key ResponsibilitiesContact customers through calls, emails, and messages regarding overdue payments.
- Follow up on outstanding dues and ensure timely collections.
- Negotiate payment arrangements with customers as per company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
- Update collection status in CRM/software on a daily basis.
- Escalate difficult cases to the Collection Manager when required.
- Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.
- Handle customer queries related to payments and outstanding balances.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines during collection activities.
- RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.




- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in collections, telecalling, or customer service (Freshers may also apply).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Skilled and customer-focused approach.
- Preferred SkillsStrong convincing and recovery skills.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday
