Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Female Team Leader – Basic Sales who can effectively manage and coordinate a team of minimum 10 members. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day telesales activities, supporting the sales team, and ensuring achievement of sales targets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate a team of 10+ sales executives.
- Manage daily telesales and basic sales activities.
- Guide and motivate team members to achieve sales targets.




- Monitor individual and team performance.
- Ensure regular follow-ups with customers and leads.
- Support team members in lead conversion and sales closure.
- Maintain proper coordination and smooth workflow within the team.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Candidate RequirementsFemale candidate with 1+ year of experience in sales/team handling.
- Experience in telesales or basic sales preferred.
- Robust team coordination and leadership skills.
- Confident and target-oriented.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team of 10+ people.
