Job description:

* Knowledge of operating CNC machines (Turning and Milling)

* Understanding of CNC machine controllers and ability to perform machine setup (Siemens controller preferred) * Knowledge of tool and work offset setting (offsetting)

* Ability to use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Bore Gauge, and Micrometer

* Basic knowledge of GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)

* Basic knowledge of CNC tooling, inserts, and tool selection

* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings * Basic knowledge of CNC programming (G-code/M-code)

* Ability to perform machine setup, including loading tools and setting job fixtures

* Knowledge of quality inspection and maintaining tolerance levels * Awareness of safety practices in a machining setting

* Ability to maintain production records and reports

* Teamwork and communication skills

* Willingness to work in shifts we need CNC operator for milling and turning.
