A Warehouse Executive is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating dispatch and receiving activities, and ensuring smooth logistics and storage management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inward and outward movement of goods
- Maintain stock records and inventory levels
- Coordinate loading, unloading, packing, and dispatch
- Ensure proper storage and material handling
- Monitor warehouse safety and cleanliness
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation
- Prepare warehouse reports and documentation
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams
- Use ERP/WMS software for inventory tracking
- Supervise warehouse staff and operations
