- Clean and maintain guest rooms through brooming, mopping, dusting and proper arrangement.

- Clean mirrors, windows, furniture and other room surfaces.

- Properly arrange tables, chairs, soda/water and other guest amenities.

- Thoroughly clean and maintain bathrooms, including toilets, floors, mirrors and fittings.

- Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out.

- Provide food and beverage service to guests in their rooms when required.

- Clean and maintain outdoor areas, gardens, pathways and common areas.

- Ensure all rooms and surrounding areas are clean, neat and presentable at all times.

- Report any maintenance issues, damages or guest requirements to the supervisor/management.

- Follow cleanliness, hygiene and guest-service standards at all times.

गेस्ट रूम की झाड़ू, पोछा, डस्टिंग आदि करके कमरे को साफ एवं व्यवस्थित रखना।

शीशे, खिड़कियाँ, फर्नीचर एवं कमरे की अन्य सतहों की सफाई करना।

टेबल, कुर्सी, सोडा/पानी एवं अन्य सामान को सही तरीके से व्यवस्थित रखना।

बाथरूम की पूरी तरह सफाई करना,



जिसमें टॉयलेट, फर्श, शीशे एवं अन्य फिटिंग शामिल हैं।

गेस्ट के चेक-इन और चेक-आउट के समय सामान उठाने एवं रखने में सहायता करना।

आवश्यकता पड़ने पर गेस्ट के कमरे में खाना एवं अन्य सर्विस पहुँचाना।

बाहर के क्षेत्रों, गार्डन, रास्तों एवं कॉमन एरिया की सफाई एवं देखभाल करना।

सभी कमरे एवं आसपास के क्षेत्रों को हमेशा साफ, स्वच्छ एवं व्यवस्थित रखना।

किसी भी खराबी, नुकसान या गेस्ट की आवश्यकता के बारे में मैनेजमेंट को तुरंत जानकारी देना।

होटल/प्रॉपर्टी की साफ-सफाई, स्वच्छता एवं गेस्ट सर्विस के नियमों का पालन करना।
