Job Discription:

Job Title: Tele-calling & Client Relationship Executive (Textile / Knitted Fabrics)

1. Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable based on textile experience and Tamil fluency)

2. Gender: Male / Female

3. Work Experience: 1–3+ Years strictly in the Textile Industry.

Freshers please DO NOT apply — strictly looking for candidates with prior textile background.

Candidates with prior experience in Knitting Mills / Knitted Fabric trading will be given top priority.

4. Place of Residence: Surat, Gujarat

(Candidates residing in Saroli or nearby surrounding areas will be strongly preferred for convenient daily commute).

5. Office Timings: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM

6. Weekly Off: All Sundays Off

7. Language Skills:

Tamil (Mandatory / Fluent): Must be able to speak clearly and confidently on calls with South Indian garment manufacturers, buyers, and fabric traders.





Hindi (Fluent): For daily in-office coordination and general buyer communication.

English (Basic / Working): Ability to understand client emails and send clear, skilled replies.

8. Key Responsibilities & Technical Skills:

Email Communication: Replying to buyer inquiries, sending formal quotations, fabric specs, and shade cards/catalogs.

MS Excel / Google Sheets: Maintaining daily calling sheets, updating order/dispatch status, using filters, and submitting daily EOD reports.

Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of knitted fabrics (varieties, GSM, structures, kg/meter calculation).

Core Attributes: Clear phone presence, disciplined follow-ups, and polite handling.
