? Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and performance-driven Digital Marketer to manage and execute digital marketing strategies for our real estate business.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media marketing, paid advertising, SEO, lead generation, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital campaigns, preferably within the real estate industry.

? Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate quality real estate leads.
- Plan and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create and coordinate engaging content for real estate projects and campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, leads, CPL, conversions, and ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility.
- Manage website content, landing pages, blogs, and basic on-page SEO.
- Track website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Coordinate with creative, sales, and external agencies for marketing campaigns.




- Conduct competitor and market research to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Prepare weekly/monthly digital marketing performance reports.
- Optimize campaigns based on data and continuously improve lead quality and conversion.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and advertising platforms.

? Candidate Requirements

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing.
- Mandatory skills as latest Ai tools update, whats app marketing, taboola platform, email marketing.
- Experience in Real Estate Digital Marketing will be highly preferred.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Social Media Marketing.
- Good understanding of lead generation and performance marketing.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and content-writing skills.
- Knowledge of Canva/Photoshop or other basic creative tools is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Data-driven approach with a strong focus on lead generation and ROI.
