Cariz Musicals is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in music and musical instruments, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service. You will play a key role in helping customers choose the right instruments and accessories while ensuring a welcoming and engaging store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting musical instruments and accessories
- Demonstrate product features and provide basic guidance on instrument usage
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, including guitars, keyboards, drums, and audio equipment
- Handle billing, payments, and invoicing accurately
- Manage stock levels and assist in inventory control
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Support promotional activities and sales campaigns
- Address customer queries and resolve issues professionally
Requirements:
- Prior experience in retail sales is preferred (music store experience is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of musical instruments and passion for music
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills for billing and inventory systems
