Job Summary

We are looking for a Dispatch Executive to manage day-to-day dispatch operations, documentation, order processing, coordination with warehouse and logistics teams, and timely shipment of goods to stores/customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily dispatch activities as per approved orders and schedules.
- Prepare and verify dispatch documents, invoices, delivery challans and related paperwork.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for picking, packing and loading of materials.
- Ensure correct quantity, product, SKU and destination before dispatch.
- Coordinate with transporters, drivers and logistics partners for timely deliveries.
- Maintain dispatch records and update shipment status in Excel/ERP.
- Track pending, dispatched and delivered orders.
- Resolve dispatch-related issues and coordinate with concerned departments.
- Ensure proper loading, packaging and handling of goods.
- Maintain accurate stock and dispatch documentation.




- Prepare daily/weekly dispatch reports for management.
- Follow company SOPs and safety guidelines.

Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of Dispatch & Logistics Operations
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management
- Good MS Excel skills
- ERP/SAP/Tally knowledge will be an advantage
- Strong documentation and coordination skills
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch deadlines
- Attention to detail

Education

Graduate in any discipline preferred. Diploma/qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain or Warehouse Management will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

- 2–5 years of experience in dispatch, warehouse or logistics operations.
- Candidates from Retail, Textile, FMCG, Apparel or Manufacturing industries will be preferred.
- Should be comfortable coordinating with warehouse, transporters and internal teams.
