Job Responsibilities

* Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and workforce.

* Monitor installation, fabrication, and project execution as per drawings and specifications.

* Ensure work is completed within the planned timeline and quality standards.

* Coordinate with engineers, technicians, contractors, and other site teams.

* Monitor manpower, material availability, and equipment requirements at the site.

* Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures and site guidelines.

* Inspect ongoing work and resolve day-to-day site issues.

* Maintain daily site progress reports and work records.

* Coordinate with the management and provide regular updates on project progress.

* Ensure proper handling and utilization of materials and tools.

Candidate Requirements





* Minimum *2 years of experience* as a Site Supervisor, preferably in *HVAC / Refrigeration / Sheet Metal / Manufacturing*.

* Valuable knowledge of site supervision and manpower management.

* Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.

* Willingness to work at project/site locations.

* Diploma / ITI / relevant technical qualification will be preferred.
