As we expand our footprint, we are seeking a dedicated HR Executive to strengthen our workforce management, recruitment, and employee engagement processes.

Your Role

- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate training, induction, and performance evaluation programs.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and ensure workplace discipline.
- Support payroll processing, leave management, and statutory compliance.
- Assist management in policy drafting, HR audits, and team-building initiatives.

Eligibility & Skills

- Qualification:



Graduate/Postgraduate in HR/Management preferred.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email drafting, and HR digital tools.
- Prior HR/recruitment experience is an compulsory.
- Ability to travel occasionally for recruitment drives and training sessions.
