Responsibilities:

Conduct quick bike & car surveys and collect vehicle-related data on the service application.

- Execute pickups of documents or small vehicle parts.

- Ensure data accuracy and timely task completion

- Diagnose vehicle issues and conduct minor roadside repairs (Jumpstart, Flat tyre replacement, Fuel Delivery, Duplicate Key delivery etc.)

- Ensure proper handling of non-functional vehicles.

- Provide excellent customer service and manage repair documentation."

- Solid navigation skills and basic vehicle knowledge.

- High attention to detail in documentation.

- Self-motivated with strong time management skills.

- Basic automotive repair knowledge and troubleshooting skills.

- Ability to handle urgent breakdown situations with stress tolerance."

- Valid two-wheeler driving license.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Certification in automobile repair or relevant field preferred.

- Experience in handling roadside repair services.

- Own a bike and a smartphone to attend requests at task locations.
