Telecaller & WhatsApp Chat Support – Night Shift

MKF Trust is looking for enthusiastic and responsible team members to join our office team for the night shift.

Responsibilities:

• Make outgoing calls and communicate professionally with customers

• Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp and chat

• Follow up with customers and provide proper information

• Maintain customer details and update records

• Explain MKF Trust services and support customer outreach activities

• Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets

• Coordinate with the team and report daily work updates

Requirements:

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

• Positive communication skills

• Telugu and Hindi preferred; basic English required

• Comfortable working during night hours

• Basic computer and smartphone knowledge

• Responsible, punctual and willing to work as part of a team

Shift: 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Salary: ₹15,000 fixed per month + incentives

Location: Kompally, Hyderabad

Work from office

Weekly 1 day rotational week-off — office operates on Sundays as well.

No joining fee or deposit required.
