Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor PLC-controlled production machines.

• Set machine parameters and perform machine changeovers as per production requirements.

• Troubleshoot minor machine faults and coordinate with the maintenance team for major breakdowns.

• Understanding of tolerance and diameter.

• Follow 5S practices in the work area.

Qualification:

• Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering, Fitter/ B Tech in Mechanical.

• 0-3 years of experience operating PLC-based machines in a manufacturing setting.

• Knowledge of troubleshooting and machine maintenance.

• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
