About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Operations Executive with at least 2 years of experience in operations management, customer coordination, and cold calling. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to manage day-to-day operational activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily operational activities and ensure smooth business processes.
- Conduct cold calling to generate leads and maintain client relationships.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams for operational support.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients regarding services and requirements.
- Maintain operational records, reports, and MIS data.
- Resolve customer queries and provide timely support.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned operational tasks.
- Assist management in process improvement and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Operations, Customer Support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in cold calling and client handling.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
