Job Overview

GALAXY Multistate Multipurpose, one of the fastest-growing multistate multipurpose societies, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Operations Manager. In this role, you will be the backbone of our Pune branch, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulatory standards. You will lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service while optimizing branch processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee and manage the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the branch.

* Ensure all branch activities comply with internal policies and external regulatory guidelines.

* Supervise, train, and mentor branch staff to foster a high-performing and customer-centric environment.

* Resolve escalated customer queries and maintain excellent client relationship standards.





* Monitor branch performance metrics, manage operational risks, and prepare regular reports for senior management.

* Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to support overall branch growth targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

* Education: Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.

* Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in branch operations (preferably within the banking, financial services, or cooperative society sectors).

* Solid leadership capabilities with a proven track record of managing a team.

* Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
