We are looking for an experienced IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in an IT Technician or similar technical support role, preferably within a BPO/ITES workplace, and should be comfortable working in US shifts.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day technical support to employees and resolve hardware/software issues.
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, network connectivity, and other IT-related issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
- Assist with user account setup, system configurations, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Maintain IT assets, inventory, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors whenever required.
- Ensure smooth functioning of IT infrastructure during business operations.

Requirements





- Hands-on experience as an IT Technician, IT Support Executive, Desktop Support Engineer, or similar role.
- Prior experience in a BPO/ITES environment is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting, networking, and common software applications.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Should be flexible and comfortable working in US working hours (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM).
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
