Jewellery Experience: MANDATORY

· Key ResponsibilitiesManage showroom floor operations and supervise the sales team.

· Drive daily and monthly sales targets.

· Handle VIP and high-value customers and support sales closures.

· Monitor team performance, customer service, and sales conversion.

· Ensure strong product knowledge of Gold, Diamond & Precious Jewellery.

· Monitor product display, stock movement, and showroom standards.

· Conduct team briefings, training, and performance reviews.

· Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally.

· Candidate Requirements5–8 years of Jewellery Retail experience is mandatory.

· Previous experience as Floor Manager / Senior Sales Executive preferred.

· Robust leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.

· Proven sales-target achievement.

· Well-groomed, confident, and target-oriented.
