Job Summary:

We are hiring energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to generate leads, build customer relationships, and drive business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to kickstart their sales career and for experienced candidates to grow further in the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business leads through field visits, calls, and networking

Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and benefits clearly to prospective customers

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships





Visit customer locations for lead generation and documentation support

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- B.com,BBA,M.Com, MBA, or any Graduate (freshers welcome)
- Strong communication skills (Hindi/Gujarati/English)
- Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven attitude
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/smartphone use for reporting
- Must have own two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory for field visits)
