About the RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Production Assistants to join our production team in Hongasandra, Bangalore. This is a great opportunity for freshers who are interested in learning production processes and developing technical skills.

- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with day-to-day production activities.
- Support the team in operating and handling production equipment.
- Assist with DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing processes.
- Follow production instructions and quality standards.
- Handle materials and garments carefully during the printing process.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.




- Perform basic production-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Follow workplace safety guidelines and procedures.
- Learn and adapt to new production techniques and processes.

Training ProvidedFreshers are welcome. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided in DTG printing and related production processes.

- Candidate ProfileFreshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
- No specific educational qualification required.
- Willingness to learn and work in a production environment.
- Positive attention to detail.
- Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
